To receive credit for the training course, please complete the webinar course evaluation IMMEDIATELY: 

1. Click this link orcut & paste it into your internet browser:  https://www.marylandvfc.org/confirm/
2. Select the VFC Vaccine Managementtraining course.
3. Enter the evaluation password. The evaluation password will only be given ONCEduring the training webinar. It will not be given AFTER the training at ANY time. If you miss the evaluation password, you will have to retake the training.
4. Complete the course evaluation.
